new way to do one handed pushups

i found a very good way to to one handed push up without hurting your self, frist get on your knees, then spread them like your going to do a slit, then but one hand behind your back, then bend down to do a push up with one hand, this is a very nice way to get results and to get them muscle you want in the arms.

I been working on my abs and i been doing the workouts on my blog that we discuss, ill be taking pic and showing you guys how this is working, taking protein drinks works but you don't want to balk up on the abs, you want lean thin abs, by drinking just a little bit of protein and not a lot, helps it so you repair your abs muscles faster, make them solid rock and able to work again on them, drinking a coffee cup of protein 30 min before or after you workout is a good amount just for your abs, go ahead and post a comment if you disagree or agree thank you.

Hey hey peeps, I found that using a stability ball while laying on it, doing sit up is a very effective way to workout those abs, I did it last night and I am really sore. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

Hello my name is Nate and I'm creating this blog about healthy workouts. I have discovered effective workouts that don't strain or hurt the body while still letting you get the abs you want, tone the body, and getting those bodacious arms that girls love to hug :) These workouts are ones that you can do from home so you don't have to pay for a gym membership. It is important that one is eating healthy as well as doing these workouts.

I would like to start off with the most effective tools I own for working out. With this tool you can work out your arms, abs and leg muscles. I use it everyday of my life and I love it! It's called the Iron Upper Body Workout Bar. This pull-up bar simply hangs in your doorway and you can do anything from pull ups to ab workouts and leg lifts. This would put less stress on the body then most workouts would. If anyone has any suggestions on working with the upper body bar or insight on other workouts please feel free to post any comments, I would love to hear from you. Hi everyone!

You don't need to spend hours and hours doing workouts to get ultimate results. The key to time efficient explosive back building workouts is to chose back exercises and back programs that target that entire body part. Therefore you need to incorporate exercises that call for a lats workout, middle and lower back workout.

For a fast 5 minute back program, I have put together a workout that hits the upper back and lats, middle and lower back. Its all put together in a circuit training format so you are going to want to move from one exercise to another, trying to not take a break. To finish this workout for back in 5 minutes, you will need to complete 2 circuits. This will add to the challenge! For maximum results, use a 2 seconds up and 2 seconds down rep tempo.

This back program is comprised of a circuit of 3 exercises and as mentioned above, two circuits must be completed in 5 minutes or less to complete the circuit.

Back Building Exercise 1 - Full Range of Motion Lat Pull Down Using Cables for Lats & Upper Back

15 Reps

Back Building Exercise 2 - Mix Grip Overhand Underhand Chin Up for Middle Back

10 Reps

Back Building Exercise 3 - Hyper-extension for Lower Back

25 Reps

When doing this workouts, focus on using your back muscles. The trouble with back is that it uses a lot of secondary muscles to help to the work and therefore sometimes you can find yourself cheating. I encourage you to keep this in mind when training back and to focus on using your back muscles. You will see a significant difference in your results by following my advice.

Incorporate this back building workout and back exercises into your weekly routine and you will develop a bigger, stronger, more defined back after just a few workouts!

Not seeing the results: Change your Diet

If you are not seeing results with in 2 week or so, you might have to change your diet.
Eating healthier can really change the out look of thing for example you will have more energy, less fat, healthier heart rate Etc. here are some foods I recommend, believe me these really work in energy and to reduce fat on the body.

1. Juiced Carrots: awesome for energy low calories
2. Oatmeal: Oats also contain the energizing and stress lowering B vitamin family, which helps transform carbs into usable energy.
3. Apples Bananas, nuts yogurt, eggs
4. Peppers: and I mean hot ones Habanero pepper, Cayenne pepper

I love peppers, there great for many things, peppers will increase blood flow, and also burn fat, increase metabolism it is been know to revive people from heart attacks, yeah there great.
